  Today in my hidden gems blog series I have decided to take a look at the game system that I keep mentioning in my TTRPG posts, that is Pathfinder 1 st edition. It may not be the biggest surprise to a lot of people that I list it here as a hidden gem, a lot of TTRPG-minded folks will probably have a vague or extensive knowledge of it but for me, I want to shed a little light on Pathfinder 1 st edition for those people who might be newer to the scene and only have D&D 5e as their one and only flirtation with the hobby.  

Hi Scott, here again. Time to open the vault doors to the good old days of my gaming life. early nineties was a time where being on the fringes of social society meant being kept out of a lot of the "normal" activities everyone else enjoyed, sports, popular music and in later years being one of the cool kid who could manage to get cheap bottles of alcohol on a Friday night, to sit in a dark and dank place, hidden from sight and "hangout" talking rubbish.

Hi Scott here, I thought I would have a look at the development of the TTRPG(Tabletop roleplaying game) genre over the course of my gaming career(life). It is great to see the massive influx of people willing to give the medium a try and even better to see the number of people who have decided to stick around and dive head first into the wonderful world of imagination.
